Welcome to the 45th Annual Bighorn Rendezvous and Banquet! We have an exciting event this year, with special guest Jack Atcheson, Jr. from the Wild Sheep Foundation and another Life Member sheep hunt drawing! We are thrilled to return the Embassy Suites Loveland Hotel Conference Center, with nearly unlimited space and opportunity!
We will be conducting our third Life Member sheep hunt giveaway Saturday night! One lucky life member in attendance will win a Yukon dall sheep hunt with Mac Watson and NorthCurl Outfitters! Be sure to upgrade to a life membership on the membership page when you finish registering.
We are very excited to announce that Jeff and Jann Demaske have graciously invited us back to their 15,000 square foot trophy room for the Friday evening Life Member Social! Plan to join us for an evening of cocktails, appetizers, door prizes and more. There will be plenty of raffle opportunities, so don't forget your cash! The social is free to life members; all others can purchase tickets for $25. Shuttle transportation will be provided from Embassy Suites to the social beginning at 5:30 PM. Parking will be very limited at the social; the shuttle is strongly recommended. There will be no admittance to the social without preregistration, so don't forget to add during the registration process!
Please plan to attend the annual membership meeting at 2:30 PM Saturday. Members in attendance will have the chance to win Swarovski 10x42 SLC binoculars and Cabela's gift cards! If you're not a member, sign up now! These will be the best odds of winning Swarovski optics you will ever find.
A room block is available both Friday and Saturday night at the Embassy Suites, at the rate of $177/night. Book online at this link or call 970-612-2440 and reference the Bighorn Rendezvous. If you registered youth 15 or younger, please make sure we have their name, age, and boy or girl so that we have them on the list for the youth program and raffle. You may confirm that we have this information by replying to your registration confirmation email. You may also choose to upgrade a children's registration (15 and under) to an adult meal for an additional $25 payable at the door the day of the event. Please let us know by replying to your registration confirmation email.
